7.7 Inventory Alert

 

Inventory alerts are exclusive to the International Ultimate Edition.

Inventory alerts can check which items are below the minimum inventory, so as to facilitate timely replenishment.

 

Step 1: Enable Inventory Alert

 

 

Step 2: Set  minimum inventory

 

Method A:

 

 

 

Method B: Set a minimum inventory when you import items.

 

 


 

Enter all items and import them to the system.

 

 

 

Step 3: View Inventory Alert

 

 

Qty Being Purchased 

Purchase order was placed, but the items has not been received.
 

Total Qty
Total Qty= Inventory + Qty Being Purchased


To meet the conditions of Inventory Alert:

(Inventory + Qty Being Purchased) < Minimum inventory
