11.3 Office version compatibility issue

When printing or previewing or opening a print template file, the above error is prompted because of an incompatibility issue with the version of Office you installed.

Solution:

Step 1.Uninstall all Office software

including Miscrosoft Office, WPS Office or other office software.
Go to control panel and uninstall all Miscrosoft Office software and WPS software respectively;

Step 2. Delete {00024500-0000-0000-C000-000000000046} from the Regedit

Copy {00024500-0000-0000-C000-000000000046} into the search box above and click Find Next button.

Delete all that you find.

Then press the F3 key on your keyboard to find the next one until all are deleted, and the following window will appear.

Step 3. Reinstall WPS Office or Microsoft Office 2010 or later

If you do not have an installation package, you can download WPS:

Reopen the iYoulike System software and the problem will be solved.

Do not install Ms Office 2007 because it's not compatible with iYoulike System.
